One of the great benefits of being a member of the NHPC is the Association's insurance plan. The Association, through AON Reed Stenhouse Inc. offers two types of insurance programs to its members.
For practicing Natural Health practitioners, Medical Malpractice Insurance is required. This insurance is offered under the Liability Insurance Program. The premium for the Medical Malpractice Insurance component of this program is included as part of your NHPC membership dues.
AON Reed Stenhouse Inc. also offers NHPC members access to a Business Insurance Program. This program provides insurance coverage for loss of or damage to business assets, such as massage tables, other equipment, leasehold improvements, stock and money, as well as loss of business income due to a covered claim.
