General Liability Insurance
In some jurisdictions, carrying General Liability insurance is mandatory under local licensing requirements. Most building landlords require such insurance, as well as clinics in which a member may work as an independent contractor.

General Liability coverage provides a limit of $3,000,000 per occurrence for bodily injury or property damage claims arising out of the operation of members' businesses, excluding malpractice (covered under medical malpractice policy).
