Learn Therapeutic Fire Cupping
This course is great for a massage therapist, physiotherapist or healing practitioner who wants to add an invaluable tool to your skill set with this increasingly popular technique of cupping. This course is approved for 8 credits through MTAA, 7.5 credits through CMMOTA and 15 credits through NHPC.
Save your hands and learn the ancient art of fire cupping. Release fascial restrictions, adhesions, trigger points and toxins from the tissues. Cupping is a wonderful tool that is easy on the therapists hands, can be done stagnant or moving, feels great for the client, offers a heavy detoxification, stretches the tissue (great to save you time before getting into deeper releases), and can be used for friction work.
In this course we will go over the history and usage of cupping, contraindications and enjoy a lot of practical. You will finish the day with a certificate for therapeutic fire cupping once your hands-on skills have met the minimum requirements to practice safely and effectively in this one day course.

If you have any questions do not hesitate to ask. I ask that you pack a lunch for the day or take a quick lunch in Edmonton. Snacks are provided throughout the day. This is being hosted at Vicars School Of Massage. It runs from 10AM to 6PM.
