Ride Through The Rockies: Volunteers Needed!

Habitat for Humanity Southern Alberta is looking for a massage therapists to join us in Pincher Creek, AB the weekend of Friday, August 15th – August 17th to support our annual Ride through the Rockies event.  

Volunteers will set up tables at the hotel and massage riders as they arrive off the trail.

 The important stuff:

  • Accommodations for Friday, Aug 15th and Saturday, Aug 16th are included.
  • Meals included from Friday afternoon until departure on Sunday.
  • Tentative Schedule for RMT’s:
    • Ready to provide massages Friday, Aug 15th late afternoon/early evening & Saturday, August 16th afternoon/early evening.
    • Home on Sunday, Aug 17th (no massages that day).
    • Other than these scheduled massage times,  RMT’s are free to enjoy the area and hotel.
  • RMT’s must bring their own table and massage supplies.
  • Each volunteer will see approximately 8 – 12 cyclists and provide 10 – 15 min massages for each cyclist, each day. 

Ride through the Rockies challenges cyclists to take on a distance and raise funds for Habitat for Humanity Southern Alberta.

This annual fundraiser, involves riders completing a distance of their choice and raising funds to help local families build long-term stability and self-reliance, empowering families to invest in their futures and creating lasting benefits for their children.
