Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform therapeutic massages of soft tissues to address pain, enhance mobility, and promote relaxation.
  • Confidently develop and implement individualised treatment plans, demonstrating initiative and leadership in collaborating with the multidisciplinary team. Embrace your role as a key contributor to the collective, ensuring the highest standard of care for each patient.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate treatment records.
  • Provide exceptional patient education, recommending home care strategies to 
  • enhance outcomes.
  • Stay updated on the latest therapeutic techniques through ongoing learning.
  • Actively contribute to RST’s community-building and patient engagement initiatives.

Qualifications: 

  • Diploma in Massage Therapy with a minimum of 2200 hours of training.
  • Registered and in good standing with a recognized Massage Therapy Association (e.g., MTAA, NHPC, or RMTA).
  • Possess liability and practice insurance.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.
