Approval Process

  1. Submit your completed application with payment. You will receive an automatic email confirming that we received it.
  2. We will review your application within three business days.
    • If your application is missing information, we will contact you using the contact information you provided on your application.  
  3. You will receive an email letting you know when your application is approved.
  4. Log in to your member account to get your membership number and confirmation of insurance.
