What is the style/location for this conference?
This conference will be held virtually through the Zoom online platform. We strongly recommend that you connect using a laptop or desktop computer to access the full functionality of the virtual platform for each workshop.
How do I access the workshops through Zoom?
One week before the conference, a confirmation link for each workshop session will be sent by Zoom to the email address you registered with. Please check your junk folder if you do not see the email in your inbox.
We strongly encourage you to select the "add to your calendar" option in the invite, and it will update the event to your own time zone.
What is your Cancellation Policy?
All cancellations requests must be submitted to the NHPC in writing or by email by April 20, 2025. Cancellations submitted by this deadline will be entitled to an 80% refund.
Cancellations received after April 20, 2025, or "no shows" (registrants who do not attend the event) will not be eligible for a refund/credit or reimbursed in any way.
The NHPC will process all refunds after the event. Refunds will be returned to the original payment method. Cancellations for registrations that have been paid for by cheque will be refunded by cheque. Please note that cheques can take up to four weeks to process.
Should the event be cancelled due to natural disasters or other causes beyond the NHPC's control, the NHPC will make every effort to reschedule. Any registration payments will automatically be applied to the rescheduled event. If you choose not to attend the rescheduled event, the NHPC will provide a full refund upon your written request.
Can I change workshops?
Due to high demand of our workshops, we strongly encourage you to register early to secure your spot in the workshops you want.
If you need to change to your workshop selection, you will be charged a change fee of $70. We cannot guarantee spots for the workshop of your choice when changing registration.
Can I change my pass type?

What is the final day that I can register for this conference?
Online registration will close on May 25, 2025.
When does the Early Bird rate end?
The early bird rate ends on April 6, 2025.
Do I have to pay to complete my registration?
Yes, payment must be processed before your conference registration is complete.
What is the final day to register for sponsorship?
Online registration for sponsors closes on April 30, 2025.
